Workshops for Parents
At Kommodum Kids, we understand the importance of a holistic approach to mindfulness. That's why we offer an introductory mindfulness workshop for parents/guardians, designed to familiarise themselves with the various practices and concepts of mindfulness to support their child as they embark on their own journey. The aim of this workshop is for you, as a parent or guardian, to have the knowledge and tools necessary to cultivate mindfulness both individually and collectively within the home environment. Workshops can be conducted online or face-to-face. Contact us directly for further information.
Workshops for Teachers
In 3-part workshop series, teachers receive a thorough overview of the chosen mindfulness programme their school has decided to implement (Paws b or Creative Mindfulness), to understand exactly what students will learn. Plus, valuable strategies and practices are shared with a focus on how teachers can support both themselves and their students on this mindfulness journey. Contact us directly for further details and to discuss specific needs. This workshop series doesn't train teachers to teach mindfulness. Instead, it offers practical guidance on how teachers can weave mindfulness into their daily lessons, develop their own personal mindfulness practice and an enhanced understanding of mindfulness' purpose in the classroom.
