Face-to-Face Private Sessions
Our private sessions are thoughtfully individualised to help your child develop life-long mindfulness skills in the comfort of their home. What to expect: - 10 sessions in total. - Sessions can take place once or twice a week. - The programme is crafted in accordance with your child's needs, pace and interests. - Mindfulness is explored on an experiential (practices & creative activities) as well as on a theoretical level. - Each session focuses on a mindful theme, building on the previous session's learnings. * In-person, private mindfulness sessions are only offered in the Côte d'Azur region of France (Monaco included). Online Private Sessions
Our carefully crafted virtual sessions are designed to help your child develop lifelong mindfulness skills that promote inner resilience. What to expect: - 10 sessions in total - Sessions can take place once or twice a week via Zoom. - The programme is tailored to your child's needs, pace and interests. - Mindfulness is explored on an experiential (practices & creative activities) as well as a theoretical level. - Each session focuses on a mindful theme, building on the previous session's learnings. Discovery Session
Schedule a Discovery Session with Kommodum Kids to explore the potential benefits and suitability of mindfulness for your child(ren). During this session, the concept of mindfulness will be introduced in addition to different practices, allowing your child to experience firsthand the benefits of mindfulness in a fun and creative way. This session also serves to provide you, as a parent or guardian, with insights into how mindfulness can best support your child. A discovery session takes place 1:1, face-to-face or online (via Zoom) for 50-minutes. For more information, kindly contact us.

Group Sessions
An 8-session programme designed specifically for different age brackets, introducing children to the principles of mindfulness. The sessions are thoughtfully structured, encompassing creative activities to explore and nurture different aspects of mindfulness. What to expect: - Each session, held once a week over 8 weeks, offers an engaging and interactive face-to-face learning experience. - The programme requires a minimum of 4 participants (max. 10) to ensure a collaborative environment for the children. - Group mindfulness sessions take place in Nice, France. Workshops
Kommodum Kids offers workshops for children, parents/guardians and teachers. These can take place online or face-to-face. Schools
Introduce mindfulness to your classrooms by choosing one of the two specialised programmes we deliver for students aged between 5 - 12. The intention of both programmes is to ensure educators and students can collaboratively shape and share practices that promote mindfulness, fostering a comprehensive and integrated approach throughout the entire school environment. Mindful Parenting Coaching
